AIR HANDLING DUCTWORK
DMC AIR TRANS-FER SYSTEM MAJOR COMPONENTS

The rotary airlock accurately feeds the grain into the system by 'Locking' pressurized air in the system, avoiding air loss which can reduce capacity. The airlock is constructed of heavy duty cast iron for years of normal service in any operation and features a built-in shear protector to prevent grain damage. The industrial type air cleaner filters clean air into the blower to insure a long life of quality service; the Positive Displacement blower unit is powered by an electric motor that easily transfers your grain into storage

The Automatic Control Center includes start and stop buttons for rotary airlock and blower unit; ampmeter for the motor; and an adjustable 'time delay' switch, allowing the system additional time to clear the tubes before shut-down. DMC Air Trans-fer Automatic control center for grain systems
