Dryer Service Program
Proactively have your grain dryer checked and serviced before the harvest season arrives. The K & S Dryer Service program consists of checking your dryer’s augers, bearings, chains, belts, gas lines, checking/changing the oil as needed, and cleaning the burner. We will also fire the dryer to ensure easy startup for the upcoming harvest.
Pre-Season Preventative Maintenance
Check the functionality of your grain handling equipment in the off-season to make sure it is in top condition when harvest time arrives. Have K & S check your grain legs, conveyors, air systems, augers and other equipment in spring or summer. On your grain handling equipment, we will check the belts, tension, splices, change the oil in the gear boxes, check and grease the bearings, check the chains, and the oil in the drives. If there are any major repairs that need to be done, we will communicate this with you for approval before the work is completed.
Ongoing Repairs
When repairs are needed K & S Millwrights maintains two warehouses stocked with inventory for immediate repair needs. Preventative maintenance helps keep equipment running in top condition, but we understand that equipment breaks at inconvenient times. That is why K & S is a 24-hour service business. We’re here to help fix your equipment when it breaks, so you can keep moving forward.
